Southforward.com – A male prisoner in Texas, United States (US) is reported to have been executed on Tuesday night (17/7).
Quoted from ABC, Wednesday (18/7/2018), the prisoner was known as Christopher Young. He was accused of male murder in 2004.
Shortly after being injected with a lethal drug on Tuesday (17/7) evening local time, Young said that his throat felt like burning. “I feel it in my throat,” Young said before unconscious.

Previously, Young’s attorney had filed a last petition to thwart the execution of his client.
He argued that race had been a factor in the passing of the ruling of the Board of Pardon and Parole of Texas last month, refusing to cancel the execution.
Parties that support the cancellation of executions die for Young, requesting that the Texas authorities be liable to a sentence of life imprisonment. One that supports the cancellation of death execution is the victim’s son, Mitesh Patel.
